## C Programming

### Find area of rectangle is greater than perimeter

#### Objective:

Input the length and breadth of a rectangle, write a program to find whether the area of the rectangle is greater than its perimeter.

Area of Rectangle:length * breadth

Perimeter of Rectangle:2 * (length + breadth)

#### Program / Solution:

#include<stdio.h> int main() { int l,b,area,peri; printf("Enter the length and breadth of rectangle: "); scanf("%d %d",&l,&b); area = l * b; peri = 2 * (l + b); if(area > peri) { printf("The area is greater than perimeter"); }else if(area < peri) { printf("The area is lesser than perimeter"); }else { printf("Both area and perimeter are equal"); } return 0; }

#### Sample Output:

Enter the length and breadth of rectangle: 12 30 The area is greater than perimeter
